He has managed M&A activities, started and sold companies, and built cohesive finance and administrative infrastructures for companies such as DreamWorks Animation, Apple Computer, Silicon Clocks, Astreya Partners, ServGate Technologies, Broadchoice, Virtual Visits, Adapt Clothing, Eat24 and Nimble Collective.
Larry started in the Silicon Valley with Ernst & Young, acquiring his CPA license in 1981. He is a member of the AICPA and CalCPA.

He has worked as an analyst in the investment banking divisions of Wells Fargo and CITIC Bank, and has held key leadership roles spanning business development, finance, and accounting at two venture-backed Silicon Valley startups through acquisition.
Thomas is a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA), specializing in both corporate and individual tax matters.
